Lotus Healing Center is proud to offer the most diverse fitness class lineup in Jamestown with certified instructors guiding newcomers and more experienced fitness enthusiasts through each session. We offer both heated and non-heated Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Restorative Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Pound fitness classes. Cardio Dance

A high-energy dance class that combines traditional aerobic exercises with modern dance moves to get your heart pumping and body moving.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates blends controlled strength work, core precision, and steady heat to challenge your body in all the right ways. Expect: Slow, powerful movements, deep core activation, focused burn.

Little Lotus Dance Party

Join us for music, movement games, ad lots of giggles as moms or dads and little ones move together in a fun and supportive space. This playful class helps toddlers build coordination, confidence, and rhythm while creating special moments between parent and child.

Barre

The Barre workout is a low-impact but highly effective exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training focusing on small movements.

Hot Yoga

We are the only true hot yoga studio with radiant heat in the area. Typically featuring a vinyasa flow, our hot yoga classes use repeated movement and elevated studio temperature to loosen muscles and help induce sweating.

Pilates

Focused on strengthening your core muscles and increasing body flexibility, Pilates combines yoga, ballet, and calisthenics movements into a singular fitness class.

Ripped

Inspired by the nationally recognized R.I.P.P.E.D. format, this full-body strength training workout targets different muscle groups every 6–9 minutes for maximum efficiency. Expect resistance training, cardio bursts, power moves, and plyometrics—all designed to torch calories, build strength, and keep your body guessing.

Vinyasa Flow

This energizing class links movement and breath in a continuous, flowing sequence. Build strength, balance, and flexibility as you transition through poses with intention and rhythm. Great for all levels, Vinyasa Flow is where creativity, challenge, and calm beautifully meet on the mat.

Lotus Healing Center can host your next girls' day out, a pre-event spa day, and even offers our unique Funday events for small groups.
