We offer both heated and non-heated Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Restorative Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Pound fitness classes. We are the only true hot yoga studio with radiant heat in the area. Typically featuring a vinyasa flow, our hot yoga classes use repeated movement and elevated studio temperature to loosen muscles and help induce sweating.
