Service Description

Unwind and renew by candlelight in a non-heated yin class. Restore and open the body. Props provided- poses will be held for longer periods of time allowing you to ease into an idyllic state. Allow your physical body to melt in, open your mind, joints, and walk away in bliss. Limited spaces please sign uo in advance.
